Dashed / dotted line in the table View

Hello,

what does a dashed or dotted line in the table view mean? I can see the joined tables the most have normal lines and there are two with dotted / dashed lines.

Hi,

I know dotted lines are used for loops and dashed lines for synthetic keys, or was it the other way around.. I haven't seen this type of lines in regular table joins yet.
