Data ranges problem

Hello i have a problem with data ranges.

i have a two tables

table1:

datefrom,dateto,exchrate

2010-01-01,2010-01-30,3.4

2010-02-01,2010-02-30,3.3

2010-03-01,2010-03-30,3.2

table2:

invoicedate,sales

2010-01-15,4

2010-02-15,7

2010-03-12,9

I want to table:

sales,exchrate

4,3.4

7,3.3

9,3.2

I can't to this. Please help me.
