Date Converstion

Dear All,

I am going to extract 31 CSV raw data file to Qlikview. but few of the files date column has 'MM-DD-YYYY' then Few files date column has 'DD-MM-YYYY'.in my QlikView I want to show single format 'DD/MM/YYYY'.

can someone suggest me to solve this problem?

If you have a date like 1-2-2018, how can you tell that if it's 1st Feb 2018 or 2nd Jan 2018 ?
