Difference between New Button Object and Text object

Hi All,

I am new to QlikView,

What is the difference between New Button Object and Text object and what is the similarity both (I am find properties everything to be same).

so sometimes text is used as a button

Differences between New Button Object and Text object:

• Text objects are used for adding information to a QlikView document. They can be used to show text information or an image in the layout(Using Representation dropdown in general tab of properties.)
• Text objects can also be used for pictures and can also contain calculations
• Buttons can be used to execute various commands in QlikView.

Similarity between New Button Object and Text object:

• They can be moved and positioned anywhere on a sheet, just like any other sheet object.
