Different Filters on items

Hi,

I need your help on how to mange filters for only speficic items.

As you can see in the attachement, I have a sheet that is divided into 2 sections: 'blu' where all filters apply, and 'red' where all filters are refered to the selection 'Prodotto' (product) when a value is selected.

Detaching the items can't work, basically I need items to work dynamically.

How can I do this?
