Differents Folders Connections

Hi, I need to connect many bases from differents folders. Like as follows:

I have a folder 2012, inside exists 3 folders Jan-Feb-Mar. Inside Jan-Feb-Mar exist the same bases called 1,2,3,60,45 (Folders),

I need to left this automatically.How should I do this?
