Dimension Based Custom Header for Partial Sum

Hi All,

I have created a pivot table with few dimensions  having QtrYear & Year part of it. Below is how i am getting now (CurrentTable) but expect is the second one. Please suggest how this can be achieved

CurrentTable:

GL_Category_Description	QuarterYear	2020-Q3	2020-Q4	Total	2021-Q3	Total	Total
