Dimension affected in the excluding filter

Ciao,

I need to have a figure fixed with the cummulate, so i put this expresion

sum  ({<Weeks=,Month=,Quarter=,Year=,[Year Cruise]=,[Quarter Cruise]=,[Month Cruise]=>}NUM_PAX)

The thing is that, when i filter for example by región, this cummulate is not changing ( is taking all the regions), and i need the cummulate with the selections that i do, but the timing selections, it is this posible?
