Hi,
I want to create a model that will display what items/machines are currently out on rental, what are booked for rental and what is available for rental.
Find attached an excel table of what I would like to display on Qlikview. If anybody has previously come across such a model or if you could suggest ideas of how I could overcome this I would be most grateful.
My database is a normal order processing model where the date entered, date required and date returned are all recorded.
Thanks,
FC
FC,
Thanks for the example output, could you provide a few rows of example data?
Thanks Jason for the reply.
Find attached a very basic database but it is a simplified version of the real database so if you can manipulate this data to reflect a similar graph it would set me along the correct path.
Note: The previous graph is not reflective of this database
May thanks,
FC
You might find a good starting point in the Qlikview Cookbook example "Count days in a transaction using IntervalMatch". That sample usees a rental data scenario.
