Need help in converting the below format.

I have my data source in the below format

Date	CustName	Value	RGBCode
1-Mar-18	Andy	4000	RGB(222,222,50)
3-Mar-18	Athens	2000	RGB(25,128,128)
1-Feb-18	Andy	2000	RGB(125,125,125)

The above data should be viewed as in the below format.
