Distinguish between dimension totals

I have 3 Dimensions. The first dimension has 2 possible values. The second dimension I have checked show partial summary.

I would like the change the label for this total depending on dimension 1. Currently I can find no way of distinguishing which dimension this total is falling in.

Any Ideas?

Would look like:

Dim1   Dim2   Dim3

          1

          2

A        3

          4

     Label 1

         1
B       2

         3

     Label 2
