Distribute a qvw file to a folder with security

Dear Experts;

I am creating a task in QCM that reloads the source document for the IDs 3 and 5.

In the distribution tab I an choosing to distribute to a folder and choosing the users that can view the file.

The file is created but the chosen users are not getting security on it.

Any help please?
