Document Analyzer - Error

I have tried to refresh the "Document Analyzer" V15 QVW but I am not able to refresh.

Please find the below mentioned error.

In the document the path to your file fields.csv seems invalid.

HI Satish,

Check Fields.csv file is in the same path and also check the file is not corrupted by opening the file in notepad or excel.
