Document access by user without having Doc cal.

Hi Every one,

I have an issue on a client server, a document is access by user even i didn't  assign named cal to the user on a specific document.
Can any one have idea about this type of issue.

Do you have 'Allow dynamic CAL assignment' enabled in the QMC?

Hi @Alihyd22,

CAL allocation would be recorded in the QVS Event logs provided you have the verbosity level set to high.  Suggest that you check this log for the end user's UserID for the date this issue occurred.

Does the user have any other licenses assigned, like Named CAL, (that is valid for all documents)? 

A user with a Named CAL can open any document that he/she has access rights to.
