Documents Authorization question

qmc - Documents - User Documents - select APTESE.QVW - Authorization - Users Authorized to Access Document 

I'm trying to add user access, but when I apply it, it doesn't apply and disappears.

What should I do?

The section you are referring to is not where you set the access. This is where you assign document CALs.

Go to the distribution tab in the task for the document. From there you can pick where to distribute to and the user access.
