Double positive x-axes?

Is it possible to have a possitive x-axis on the left side ánd right side of the y-axis?

And is it possible to assign óne expression per one of those x-axes?

What im trying to do is present the male population on the left side and the female population on the right side of the y-axis.

Currently i am using ((expression)*-1), thus displaying negative values.

I don't think there is a standard option to use double positive x-axes, so I did something similar what you suggested in the past. Maybe this is of any help:
