Drill Down Group problems

Hi,

   I encountered a problem about drill down group.

   I created one group, the 1st level is Business Group, 2nd is Department, 3rd is Business Center. when I click the bar of one Business group, the 2nd level's departments showed, includes the related and the not related ones. would any one can help me?

  Is it this kind of expression lead to the problem? ——count(All<[BG],[EMPDepartment],[EMPDepCenter]>EMPID) .
