Duplicate values in multibox

Hi all,

I am getting first four values in multibox as duplicate.Can any one help me in how to achieve  this.

can you add a table box and

add dimensions like

arguments and item and date    

check it has some associated values or not? and remove one by one and check

If you look item11 there may be different than what you shown? Try to check each cell for first 4 of your entire row
