Dynamic Lower Bound in Speedometer Chart

Hi All,

please, can anyone help me in this challenge I am facing?

Have a strange requirement on this project is that it has dynamic Lower Bound changing environment.

Based on the site selected & the Project they move.

Have a final review by Monday at 9 AM.

1. e.g

• If it is Site 1, then for project 3 the
• Segment 3 is 14
• Segment 2 is 8
• Segment 1 is half of Segment 2
• If no project is selected then it is
  • Segment 3 is (9+6+14)
  • Segment 2 is (8+6+6)
  • Segment 1 is half of Segment 2
