Dynamic max for linear gauge settings

I would like the gauge settings to show 2 segments for CNY and only one segment for the others. How will I do it?

I would like CNY to have 2 segments- one has a lower bound of 0 and other at 0. 5. The rest has only one segment between 0 and 1.
