Email Subject Line

I have the send notification e-mail to recipients check box selected under the distribute tab. The subject line of my email template is

QlikView Publisher: [DocTitle] has been distributed. But for some reason the subject line of the email is QlikView Publisher Summary (1 items). Is there a way to change this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
