Email display name

Hello all,

I would like to change the display name of the QlikView alert email. Currently its configured as noreply@companyname.com,

when an alert is triggered, the sender name is shown as 'noreply@companyname.com'....can we change it? like the name to be "QlikView Reporting".

We are on QlikView 11 with publisher. Please help

Hi Vikram

If you enter the email address in the From address: field on the Mail Server setting page as QlikView Reporting noreply@companyname.com, the sender name on the alert emails will then be QlikView Reporting.  It doesn't need quotes or < > tags or anything but the name and email address.
