Email from Qlikview

Hi All,

I have a qvw containing System Files

If I have a system file containing a certain value I want an email alert sent to a recipient

So when I reload my file if I have a customer called X with a problem called Y in the file I want to send an email alert

Can anyone help

In the QV Desktop go to Tools and select the Alert Wizard and follow the prompts.

If not already done, you'll need in the QV Desktop to go to Settings and select the User Preferences and set your SMTP Mail Relay settings up.

Yes I have it working!

I kept thinking of sending the email through a macro, I never realised it would be that simple to send an Alert
