Enabling button to logout from AccessPoint and from docs with IE8 plugin

Hi folks,

I notice that our QV10 & 11 server installations deliver documents to the user with a Close button in the top-right corner when delivered using Full Browser mode (i.e. AJAX); but don't provide this functionality for Access Point or for documents delivered via the IE8 Plugin.

Is there a way to make such a Close or Logout button available?  We're using NTLM / Active Directory controls with SSO.
