Error Connecting ODBC with Siebel Data Source

I am trying to have a ODBC Connection For Siebel Data Source, Facing Issue in Connecting

Error state    08001

Server Error  1326

Please Suggest Solution ASAP

Try to use ole db connection and make sure you made connection is system dsn
