Error Macro Parse Failed

Good Evening Friends

Using Internet Explorer(IE Plugin) using a macro, I can send it to excel but in my client machine I can view the report but when I press the send button,

it shows as Macro Parse failed.

Note: In the begining the customer pressed the safe macro option, I tried to reseting of IE and all but the same option is not coming, it directly goes to the report.

Any suggestion how to do this...

Dear All,

I have found the solution.. by pression Ctrl+Shift+M to enable the macro.
