Error opening file qvw on Windows Server 2012.

Good evening everyone.
I have the following problem.
I am using a local Desktop Client 11:20 SR9 and when I try to open a file qvw directly from the folder that contains it, double clicking with the mouse tells me the following error:

If I open the same file by using QlikView "Open File" everything works properly.
Can you help me please?
