Error when configuring QlikView servers

When attempting to configure each of the QlikView servers in my environment, I get the following error:

I am modifying the configuration under System -> Setup -> Management Service -> QlikView Servers -> (server name)

I know for a fact the the credentials are correct and I can't find any additional error information except this box that pops up.

Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this?

Turns out after getting the proper licensing setup, the issue went away.
