Error when loading HTML file

Hi All

Please assist with the below error, when trying to reload the model a user gets the below error but when I load it , it reloads successfully:

Maybe this website isn't available from this machine and user - what happens if you tried to load this website per table-wizard and if you put those link into a browser?
