Error while running QlikView 11 x64 setup

Hi,

As I have an installation which is missing the distribution service, I wanted to modify the existing installation and add the distribution service. After selecting the missing component, the setup wizard starts working. However, when it is nearly finished, I get following error message and whole process is rolled back.

Does anyone have an idea what might cause this error?
