Excel Comments and Modified Date

Hi,

2 Questions

1. Is there a way to load comments attached to cells from an excel spreadsheet ?

2. Is there a way to produce a table showing the files/tables (i.e Excel spreadsheets) being loaded and the date they were last modified?
