Export files from AccessPoint

Hi, we have problem when we try to export to xls from AccessPoint or when we distribute pdf by publisher.

This doesent happens all the time but right now when there is a monthly reporting It looks like we got some kind of slowness.

I can see the documents in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Temp, but they seams to be stucked here.
