Export to Excel

When i click on export to excel from chart caption by default it is exporting to word file. Can anyone tell me where to change that property to export to excel work correctly. This is happening on all the apps. Recently we have installed MS excel in our environment.

Change the association of the .xls file format so that your windows machine starts excel instead of word. Perhaps this page helps: file association - Microsoft Community

This isn't really possible with QV alone, but I'm sure NPrinting could solve this issue for you.

otherwise you just have to build the spreadsheet to expect a manual export from Qlikview?
