Export with selection

Hi,

I would like to export the pivot table to excel with selections where we need to show all the selected value (more than 10 values) in a field. But when i export it shows as "10 out of 190" in the selection. Pls let me know how to show all values in the selection.

Hi Rajesh,

look at user preferences --> general tab. There exists ( at least in V10) an input box called "Max Values in Current Selections". Put in the your favorite value.

you can select required field with the help of macros. and export doc accordingly.

we are currently using QV9 SR6 for support-purposes and V10 SR1 in "real life". I checked for you 9SR6 --> ok.

Sorry, but 8.5 is a rather old version, I would suggest to migrate to at least 9SR6. If you can't for some reasons, using macros as Sunil told above is a possible way. But as just mentioned, I'd prefer a newer version.
