ExportBiff with a variable for Path not working

Hi all,

I wish to export some chart's using ExportBiff, when I put the path HardCoded inside the Macro it works.

But when I use the Path Variable it doesn't work. Does anybody have any experience with the same?

Have attached an sample of the same for reference.
