Exporting to excel in a predefined format, or using an empty excel file as a template
Hi all,
I have a simple table box in qlikview with some data in it. Currently, the 'send to excel' button will export that data into a new excel file in a basic style.
What I want to do is export the data into a pre defined styled excel sheet, with some 'conditional formatting' already applied to a few columns, the 'autofilters' already switched on and the 'freeze panes' already set up in the recieving excel sheet.
Alternatively can these things all be confirgured in a macro from within qlikview which will export the data into excel and set up all these excel features instantly?
