Extra tabs on desktop

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone ever seen a situation where extra blank tabs show on the desktop. We recently started seeing cases where dashboards viewed in IE showed blank un-named tabs.

For example, here you can see two extra blank tabs at the end of the dashboard.

And here you can see a whole lot more, which severely reduce the amount of screen available to show the data.

Documents look fine when created and edited but show the extra tabs once published.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
