HI, I HAVE TWO DIMENSIONS

1. COUNTRY

2 CITY

DURING PARTIAL SUM , I REQUIRE THE ( COUNTRY_NAME & 'TOTAL' )

THAT MEANS IN PARTIAL SUM I WANT TO WRITE THE COUNTRY NAME & TOTAL .

PLACE NAME OF COUNTRY IN COUNTRY NAME FIELD.

You can use alternate formatting for total rows by testing the rowno(). Pivot table subtotal rows have a rowno() of 0. Check out the QV Cookbook example "Alternate format for chart Total rows" sample for a complete example of this. You can download the Cookbook from
