Facing issue at the Extension objects

Hello Team

   I am facing the issue once my windows 7.0 patch got installed, the error is i could not able to see any of the extension objects and QV is throwing error, kindly find the screen shot, looking your kind advice from any one.

Check you internet explorer version: if you have IE 10 you have to install qlikview 11.2 SR3 or above to use webview.

yes this is IE 10, can i uninstall and install ie 9.0

i am having the QV version of 11.0
