Filteration

Hello,

I had a query, i am loading data i.e. ID, Name Sector, Date but i need a filter that if within 1 day same Name, Date and sector repeats then dont take that ID.

How can i filter this??

Please find the attached application . I am sure there are better ways to solve this issue , but at the moment i cant think of better
