Firebird Database

Good Day,

I managed to connect qlikview to firebird database using odbc and loaded some tables. However, on the transactions table, the script errors when the lines fetch is over 8 million and the below error appears.

Error: QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: SQL##f - SqlStateL HY000, ErrorCode: 4294966394, ErrorMsg: [ODBC Firebird Driver][Firebird]database file appears corrupt ()

bad checksum

chechsum error on database page 542519

I have no idea what this means. Has anyone ever experienced this and managed to resolve the issue? Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Yes, I have defined ODBC before, but never on a Firebird database.

PS: My client's using Firebird 2.5, and I have downloaded the drivers from official Firebird website

I think the problem is in 32 vs 64 bits

Well, My Windows Server 2016 is x64 bits.

I have tried with  the ODBC Firebird drivers for x64 as well as for x32.

I have made a discussion as well

Problem setting up ODBC for Firebird 2.5

I have written email to the suport of ODBC firebird drivers..
