   Am New to QlikView.Can any body pls help how to get the Month and Year from Fiscal Period ID (201406).

Try this:

LOAD [Fiscal Period ID],

          Year(Date#([Fiscal Period ID], 'YYYYMM')) as Year,

          Month(Date#([Fiscal Period ID], 'YYYYMM')) as Month

FROM source
