Flip the Line Chart upside down?

Hi, I have a Line Chart like this below:

REQUIREMENT is:

The line chart needs to be displayed in a flipped manner, i.e. the X Axis should go up and Y axis can be either side (may be left or right).

Is it possible by any means? Can someone please help?
