Forgot Password option in Access Point

I have a QVS using Custom directory. Some of the users are forgotten the password really often.

Just wondering if there is an option to enable a forgot password option in the Accesspoint

If the login is based on NTName..then i think in teh windows active directory we can reset the password

There is no such feature available.

You have to reset his password from custom directory itself from your QlikView server.
