Formatted Gantt chart import

The ad agency provides a number of manually generated Gantt charts on a weekly basis

Anybody have an idea how to turn this type of data into something consumable by Qlik?

I presume there is some way for VBA to evaluate the colors of a cell to convert that into data- even if applied manually?

I've attached a sample xlsx (2 tabs-"PreConverted" and "Converted")  and QVW file. It would be really nice if the data went from the "PreConverted" to "Converted" format
