Gauge Chart

I have a gauge chart where i have applied the color condition for the gauge bar... But i want that same color coding or a different color coding to be applied for the measure value..? In the blow pic i need to change the color of 89.1% based on the certain limits... like below 90 should be red 90-95 amber and >95 is green... can any one help me on this requirement... thanks
