Gauge Chart

Dear all,

Suppose We script like...

Load * inline
[Branch,sales
Bristol,250
Aston,300
];

Now I want to display in to Guage Chart like below...

Actually I Want Who ever the Branch is more then other then it should be Green and Arrow tilt down to this Branch.

In above case Aston sales is more than Bristol so Aston Color should be green and get arrow toward it.
