General Script error

Hi COmmunity,

I was run my application and load the data into qvd the show the error ''General Script error''

Can anyone find the issue

I would check the path: D:\Service\QVD\AvgCalls.QVD (qvd)

Either the path is not right or the qvd is locked for editing.

if in case the qvd is cocked how could we unlock the qvd?

Do you have qvd opened somewhere else by chance? Can you close everything down and reopen the application and try to reload the application again.

Can you delete the current qvd (if there is already one there) and then try to run the application?
