GeoQlik Configuration/Integration Question - Blank Content

Hello

I have a new install of Qlikview and GeoQlik extension.    After I published my dashboard, it flashes everything except for the map and then flips to a blank screen.    It looks like there is something about a proxy login from the URL that is given.   (https://myserver.com/geoqlik/Proxy/login.cgi)

Is anyone familiar with how GeoQlik and QlikView integrate and may be able to shed some light on this?
