Getting condicional range on a line chart

Hi, I have a line chart with dimension Date and expression Sum(Values) because allows me to see for aggr data, and also a variable vCap.

I would like to know the longest range of Date for which Sum(Values) is always greater than vCap.

Is this possible? Any idea for starting?
